Those warnings that say "Do not turn off your computer" are fake. Your computer is not locking itself. The FBI is not watching. It's just a scary webpage designed to trick you into calling a scammer.

How Remote Support Works

Remote support means I can see your screen and fix things without coming to your house. Here's exactly what happens:

  • 1. I send you a secure one-time access link. You click it, and that's the only way I can see your screen.
  • 2. You watch everything I do. My mouse movements, what I click on, all of it. No secrets.
  • 3. You can end the session at any time. Just close the window. I'm immediately disconnected.
  • 4. No software stays installed afterward. When we're done, there's no trace of the remote session on your computer.

Remote Support Rates

Standard Rate $80/hr

For most clients. Billed in 15-minute increments after the first half hour.

Senior Super Human Rate $60/hr

For clients age 65 and older. No proof needed—I trust you.

Military Thank You Rate $60/hr

For active duty, reserve, and veterans. Thank you for your service.

Most remote sessions take 30-60 minutes. I'll tell you the cost before we start.
